Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Zyno AI Inc., a corporation with its address at 495 Alice Ave, Mountain View, CA 94041, United States ("we", "us"), covering your use of filter.events (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service collects event listings that Luma and Partiful publish publicly, normalises them into a single database, and provides search over that database — through conventional filters and through a natural-language interface that converts a written request into those same filters.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Luma, Partiful, or any event organizer. We do not sell tickets, take payments, or handle registrations. Every ticket transaction happens on the organizer's own platform under their terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Provide an email address you actually control.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password and devices secure.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials or let anyone else use your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@zyka.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service, or use it to build a competing index.
• Send automated or high-volume traffic, or work around the rate limits.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to defeat authentication, authorisation, or any other security control.
• Access, or attempt to access, another account's saved prompts, saved views or session.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the event data as a dataset or feed.
• Use the Service to harass anyone, to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Submit prompts intended to extract system instructions, credentials, or other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without notice where the breach is causing active harm.

5. Event data — read this before you travel

Event listings are gathered automatically from third-party sites. They are reproduced as published and may be out of date, incomplete, mis-parsed, or wrong. Events get cancelled, moved, sold out, repriced and rescheduled without our knowing.

Always confirm the date, time, location, price and availability on the organizer's own page before you travel, pay, or make plans. We are not liable for a wasted journey, a missed event, or a purchase made in reliance on a listing here.

Event content — titles, descriptions, images — belongs to its organizers and the platforms hosting it. We claim no ownership of it. If you are an organizer and want a listing removed, email support@zyka.ai and we will remove it promptly.

6. The Ask feature

Ask sends the text of your request to a language model, which converts it into search filters. The model can misunderstand you. It may narrow a search too far, widen it too much, or misread a date.

For that reason the Service always shows you the filters it decided on, and states plainly when part of your request could not be expressed. Treat the results as a search, not an answer, and check the interpreted criteria. The model never invents events: everything shown to you came out of the database.

Feature availability depends on a third-party API and may be interrupted or withdrawn.

7. Your content

Saved prompts and saved views remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and to show them back to you. We do not use them for advertising, do not share them, and do not use them to train models.

8. Availability

The Service is provided free of charge, with no uptime commitment and no service level agreement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may impose or adjust rate limits to keep it running for everyone. Scraping runs on a schedule, so newly published events appear with a delay.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of event data. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your reliance on any event listing or search result. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

11. Ending it

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account menu; deletion is immediate and removes your saved prompts and views with it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 5, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the application before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the revision.
